Zamarindo products are sold in two distribution channels Professional Retail stores and Wholesalers. We do not sell to Consumers.
If you are a Professional (Retail Store or Wholesaler) and wants to se our products, we invite you to access the Professional Area. Here you will be able to register. In 24 hours you will receive an email with your access and password information.
With your access and password codes you will be able to access your accout in Your Customer Area, see the whole Collection,access the Online Shop, use our Promotions and discounts and access other contents. From the Professional Area you will be able to make all kind of orders. As a registered user you will be able to order our physical catalogue and then do an order by email, phone or fax.
Retail stores outside of Spain
- Minimum order amount 500€.
- Shipping cost not included. We can inform you about transport cost.

Concerning shipping we work EXWORKS
In your Professional Area you will be able to track your orders. Additionally, you will receive an email after you submit your order, another email once payment is made, and a final one when your order exits our storage facility.
Items with defects. Zamarindo will take care of all damaged items for a maximum period of 5 days after delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will tell you how to proceed.
Items with no defects. If you would like to return an item for another one, there will be a maximum of 5 days after delivery to do so. You should not take the items out of the packaging. Customers will be reponsibe of transportation cost to return items.
Every item within Zamarindo Jewelry comes labeled within a nice packaging in a bag per item. Wih every order you will receive a catalogue and a display for your store.
ZAMARINDO works with core materials such us pewtre and brass, finished with a galvanic bath nickle free. We combine these core elements with top quality components such as cutted glass, natural stones, semiprecious stones, glass beads and many other materials
We offer promotions to help our clients in different moments of the year. You will receive by Mail Coupons and Discounts to apply in limited campaigns. Use them in the specified dates. Once the coupon date is over the coupons expire. At the end of your check out process, you will be asked to enter the promotional code.
ZAMARINDO complies with EU laws on the usage of nickel, cadmium and lead. All our products are nickle free. This does not prevent you to have other alergies from another component.
Avoid contact with perfumes, soap and cream. Do not wet the products nor submerge them (bath, shower, swimming pool, sea…) Avoid falling or hitting them. Clean the products softly with a cotton cloth slightly wet. Keep products away from children.
